General Information

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We use couriers according to products, most common are DPD, TNT, DHL, Parcel force and Royal Mail.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (American Express, Visa and MasterCard) in addition to PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay. Please note that registration is not required in order to place an order through PayPal Express Checkout.

I just placed an order, can I modify or cancel it?

To request a modification or cancellation to your order, please contact us on 0116 25 44 171 or email sales@mttnstore.com as soon as possible. However, before contacting us, be advised that all orders placed for “Release Product” are final sale and not eligible for modification, cancellation, return or exchange once submitted. For all other cancellation requests, keep in mind that our business hours are 10am – 3pm (GMT) Monday – Friday and not including holidays.

Once an order is submitted, Mass Technology (UK) Ltd., is not responsible for ensuring that it can be modified or cancelled prior to shipment. In the case of In-Store Pickup orders, cancellation requests must be received prior to the customer being contacted for pickup.

Do I have to pay customs charges on my order?

No not at present, as all our products are supplied from either United Kingdom or Europe.

How do I know you have received my order?

Once you’ve placed your order, you will be directed to an order confirmation message which will contain your order number. This information will also be emailed to you; this can take up to 30 minutes to arrive in your inbox- so hold tight! Once our team at the warehouse have processed your order, you will receive a second email to let you know that your order is on its way to you.

Will I receive a confirmation email when I place my order?

Once you have placed an order you will shortly receive a confirmation email. To ensure that this goes into your inbox please add sales@mttnstore.com to your contacts, otherwise your confirmation email may end up in your Junk/Spam folder. If you have not received your order confirmation email please contact us

Why can't I find an item that was advertised?

This is probably because our advertised products usually sell out very quickly so it may be that they are no longer in stock! But please keep an eye on our site as we are constantly updating it!

What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?

We’re sorry to hear that you’ve received an incorrect or faulty item. So we can get this sorted for you, please drop us an email with the following info:

  • Your name
  • Your order number
  • Product name & code (this can be found on your order confirmation email)
  • Picture of the fault / incorrect item

What is the typical response time to a customer inquiry?

Every customer inquiry is important to us, and we strive to have your questions or concerns resolved as promptly as possible. Response time is usually within 24 hours. Our business hours are 10AM – 5PM (PST) Monday – Saturday and not including holidays.
